1. Introduction
Welcome to ImagenAI - AI Photo Enhancer
(hereinafter referred to as the "App").
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By downloading, registering, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Policy as required by law or in response to service changes, and will notify you within the App.
2. Information We Collect
In the course of providing our services, we may collect the following types of information:
a. User-Provided Information
Uploaded images: Used for AI image generation, style transfer, image enhancement, and other features.We need to obtain the necessary access permissions for your phone's camera in order to upload photos taken with the camera while using our application. Without the required access permissions, we will be unable to upload any content from your phone's camera.
Facial Features: To provide the AI image generation, style conversion, image enhancement and other functions, we collect your facial feature data. However, please note that this data does not include biometric information.
b. Usage Data
We also monitor your activity in our service, such as the pages you visit and the duration of your interactions. Other data we collect includes IP addresses, traffic sources, device and operating system information, your wireless and mobile network connection data, unique device identifiers, browser type, language, battery level, and time zone.
We collaborate with Google Analytics to collect data such as IP addresses, device models, screen resolutions, operating systems, session durations, and locations. This allows us to understand your preferences, evaluate the effectiveness of our promotional activities, and improve our application accordingly.
c. Data Retention
Purpose of storing facial data: We only use your facial photos for our AI image generation and style transformation features, and will not use them for any other purposes.
Facial data storage period: Intermediate data generated during AI model processing will not be stored for a long time. Facial data will be deleted immediately after the image is generated, and will be deleted at the latest after the last user activity in the application.
d.Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use session cookies or local storage to maintain login status and enhance your experience. This information expires after you close the app or exit your session.
3. Information Use
We strictly limit the use of your photos and facial features to supporting in-app features such as AI image generation, style transfer, and image enhancement. Please be assured that we do not use this data for facial recognition or identity verification, as this app does not use any biometric data processing technology to identify or confirm your personal identity. Our processing is limited to providing the functional services you have selected and does not exceed this scope.
In addition, we may use information other than photos and facial features for the following purposes:
Improve service quality and operational efficiency, providing users with a smoother and more stable user experience;
Identify, diagnose, and repair system failures or technical issues to ensure the normal operation of features;
Enhance the security and integrity of the app and prevent data misuse and unauthorized access;

Images or content you upload during use may be collected and stored in our online image library. This practice is intended to help you more easily manage, access, or reuse previously submitted content during your use, thereby improving the convenience and continuity of the service. These uploaded contents will be securely stored and accessible only during your active use of the service. By submitting such content, you expressly consent to our collection and storage as described in this policy.
We reiterate that this app does not use any uploaded images or content for facial recognition, nor does it employ any biometric technology to confirm or verify your identity. All relevant data is processed solely for the purpose of providing you with AI image generation and other related features.
If we need to adjust or expand the processing purposes described above in the future, we promise to promptly notify you of the changes before commencing new processing and, where necessary, obtain your separate explicit consent in accordance with applicable law to ensure that your data rights and interests are always fully respected and protected.
4. Information Sharing
To ensure the proper functioning of our services, we may partner with the following third-party platforms:
Firebase: https://firebase.google.com/ (provided by Google): App performance and error monitoring;
Google Analytics: User behavior and statistical analysis.

We may disclose your information when required by law (such as a formal request from a judicial or regulatory authority).
5. Prohibited Content and User Behavior
Users are prohibited from generating, uploading, publishing, disseminating, or sharing illegal, irregular, or inappropriate content in any form while using this service. This includes, but is not limited to: pornography, sexually suggestive content, or other explicit sexual content; content intended for sexual stimulation, and content involving sexual violence, non-consensual sexual activity, or deepfakes; content promoting or involving illegal activities, violence, self-harm, hate speech, discrimination, or harassment; and any form of child exploitation, abuse, or content endangering the safety of minors. The platform adopts a zero-tolerance policy for violations involving the safety of minors.
If a user violates the above provisions, the platform has the right to process the relevant content through automated technology or manual review, and may take measures such as deleting content, restricting functions, or suspending service, depending on the severity of the violation, without prior notice.
6. Information Storage and Security
Uploaded images: These are only stored during the creation of the task and are deleted immediately after completion, with a maximum retention time of the last in-app activity. Afterwards, photos you use in the app will be stored locally on your mobile device. You can delete these photos at any time by deleting them directly from your device's file system or uninstalling the app.
Data Use: Data is retained for a period consistent with its intended use and is deleted or anonymized upon expiration.
Security Measures: We use encryption, access controls, and other measures to prevent unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights:
Right of access: request access to the information we hold about you;
Right of rectification: request that inaccurate data be corrected;
Right of erasure: request that your image or personal data be deleted;
Right to restriction of processing: request that we stop processing under certain conditions;
Right to data portability: request access to your data in a machine-readable format;
Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent to data processing at any time.
Once you withdraw your consent, we will stop processing your data unless otherwise required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for use by persons aged 13 and over. Use or access of our Services by anyone under the age of 13 is prohibited and is a violation of the Terms and this Policy. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain permission from your parent or guardian before sharing any personal information.
We reserve the right to request proof of such permission. Such proof should be provided within a reasonable period of time, ideally within three (3) business days of receipt of the request. If we do not receive a response or verification of your age within the specified time, we reserve the right to terminate your use of our services.

平台对涉及未成年人安全的违规行为采取零容忍政策。如用户违反上述规定，平台有权通过自动化技术或人工审核方式对相关内容进行处理，并视情节严重程度采取删除内容、限制功能、暂停等措施，且无需事先通知。
6. 信息存储和安全
已上传的图片：这些图片仅在任务创建期间存储，并在完成后立即删除，最长保留时间为最后一次应用内活动。之后，您在应用中使用的照片将存储在您的移动设备本地。您可以随时删除这些照片，方法是直接从设备文件系统中删除它们或卸载应用。
数据使用：数据将保留与其预期用途一致的期限，并在到期时删除或匿名化。
